Out of non-meat eating curiosity, I had Tofurky for the first time ever this Thanksgiving. It was overwhelmingly and shockingly not only eatable, but actually really good. From what I understand, the product has improved in leaps and bounds since its creation, but they have the recipe down pat now. Even some of the carnivores around the table gave it a try and were impressed. Good job crazy hippy food scientists.
